ONE gift,a lifetime investment

Our mission is to secure the financial future of Noah Homes and share our exceptional model of care globally.

In California alone, there are more than 350,000 people with developmental disabilities. Within this underserved population, people with Down syndrome are nearly 6 times more likely to develop Alzheimer's disease than people who do not have Down syndrome.

At the same time, according to the County Welfare Directors Association of California and Regional Council of Homelessness, older adults are the fastest-growing segment of California's homeless population, with nearly half of unhoused older people experiencing their first episode of homelessness after age 50.

We need more housing and services for more people in more places, and we need it yesterday. You can help us achieve our dream by donating to our Foundation.

Hear From Other Community Leaders

Carlos Flores, (Retired) Executive Director, San Diego Regional Center

"If you think about the phrase 'Home is where the heart is' it's the hearts of the Noah Homes Board of Directors, the Ark Angel Foundation and the Noah Homes staff that creates the culture for which Noah Homes is praised. Noah Homes has always enjoyed the support from and partnership with the San Diego Regional Center and we look forward to growing our work together as Noah Homes explores the creation of new and innovative options to serve more persons with developmental disabilities in the community."

Dianne Jacob, Former San Diego County Supervisor

"Noah Homes is truly a one of a kind community. I have not seen anything like it anywhere in San Diego County and it's become a model for our region and the nation in terms of the facilities, the care, and the people that are there – second to none. No place, no place, serves those with developmental and intellectual disabilities better than Noah Homes. No place serves them with more heart either."

Dr. William Mobley, Professor, Department of Neurosciences; Interim Director, T. Denny Sanford Institute for Empathy and Compassion, University of California, San Diego School of Medicine

"Noah Homes has the expertise and commitment to deliver for vulnerable people. Its staff and the safe environment they maintain provides great value for the disabled and their families. Noah Homes has and will be the source of answers to these and other questions concerning the care of our disabled adults."
